TEAM OPERATOR 2ND & 3RD SHIFTS

Job searching is a lot better with someone in your corner. Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Team Operator to work on 2nd and 3rd shift at our Southington, CT location. Pay Rate: $21-$21.50 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday - Saturday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm
                  3rd Shift - Sunday - Friday, 10:45pm to 7:15am
Location: Southington, CT 06489
Position Type: Contract, Temp to Hire

What's a typical day as a Team Operator? You'll be:
  • Operating the Form, Fill, and Seal machine, hand-held scanner, label maker, and tape machine.
  • Receiving, inspecting, sorting, and packing products in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Visually inspecting packing material to ensure appropriate documentation accompanies the product.
  • Cleaning and inspecting FFS machines during changeover to ensure all products have been removed and accurate packing occurs.
  • Performing skid changeover and line clearance activities.
  • Verifying that all paperwork is complete and accurate, including traceability.
  • Assisting with training of new operators.
  • Maintaining 5S standards in assigned work areas.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have knowledge and use of computers.
  • Possess adequate fine motor hand coordination required.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment for use in product disposition.
  • Are at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Have less than 1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.
