Technical Services Lab Associate - Drive Innovation in Medical Products (St. Louis, MO)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Services Lab Associate to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our customers and sales team, ensuring the successful implementation and application of our innovative medical products.
What You'll Do:
- Support Customers and Sales: Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors, assisting with product applications, troubleshooting issues, and conducting field trials.
- Conduct Lab Testing: Participate in designing experiments, conducting lab tests using established procedures, and interpreting results. You will also maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support ongoing research and development.
- Maintain Lab Operations: Assist with daily laboratory operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This includes maintaining quality control records, documenting standard operating procedures, and coordinating the management of lab supplies.
- Technical Support Coordination: Help generate, update, and manage technical support data for the product line, ensuring accurate information is readily available to customers and internal teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations by implementing safety policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field.
- 1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
This is a contract opportunity for 4+ months with a high likelihood of extension.
