Location: Providence Point, Issaquah, WA
Duration: Temporary assignment (6–8 weeks)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $24–$25 per hour
Parking: Free onsite parking
Dress Code: Business casual
Job Overview
Providence Point is seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Administrative Assistant / Office Support to support our Activities Department for a short-term assignment lasting approximately 6 to 8 weeks. This role is highly client-facing and will serve as a key point of contact for homeowners, requiring strong customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Activities Department
Serve as a welcoming point of contact for homeowners and visitors
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with scheduling or activity-related questions
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, staff, and vendors
Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management
Support event and activity coordination with light administrative tasks
Maintain an organized office environment and assist with day-to-day office operations
Required Qualifications
Previous administrative assistant, office support, or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in a client-facing environment and speaking with homeowners
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a residential community, senior living, HOA, or similar environment
Experience supporting events, programs, or activities
Basic knowledge of Canva for creating flyers, calendars, or activity materials
Work Environment
Onsite role at Providence Point in Issaquah
