Estamos buscando Test Technician para trabajar con uno de nuestros principales clientes de la industria manufacturera Santa Isabel, PR.
Hace pruebas y diagnósticos usando equipo para realizar pruebas y productos relacionados. Lleva a cabo investigaciones de naturaleza mecánica y/o eléctrica bajo supervisión limitada de Ingeniería dependiendo del área asignada.
Deberes y Responsabilidades
1. Monta equipo para realizar pruebas a variedad de productos.
2. Realiza las pruebas usando equipo como osciloscopios, ohmímetros y multímetros, obtiene y documenta datos de validación de pruebas con precisión.
3. Configura equipo para dialécticos.
4. Utiliza herramientas para hacer diagnósticos y troubleshooting a las unidades.
5. Reconoce las fallas de las unidades, las documenta y genera solicitudes para apoyo de Ingeniería (Test Support Engineering Tickets) y esquemas.
6. Utiliza sistemas de computadoras para trabajar con las instrucciones que tiene que seguir.
7. Imprime y verifica los estándares de los productos.
8. Genera tickets de materiales que no están en cumplimiento (non-conforming) para rechazarlos.
9. Documenta los fallos y las acciones tomadas en las bitácoras de troubleshooting (troubleshooting logs).
10. Reconoce y sigue los pasos para ejecutar una prueba para mantener la integridad del producto.
11. Mantiene récords de los productos que se probaron utilizando sistemas.
12. Cumple con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
13. Mantiene un récord aceptable de asistencia y puntualidad.
14. Produce la cantidad requerida de trabajo de buena calidad.
15. Sigue las reglas y prácticas de seguridad y organización de su área.
16. Informa correctamente la labor realizada.
17. Mantiene su equipo y áreas circundantes limpias y organizadas.
18. Participa en los adiestramientos de EH&S según programados.
19. Apoya activamente los esfuerzos de la organización para cumplir con o exceder las metas y planes de EH&S.
20. Recomienda mejoras a las prácticas de EH&S.
21. Ejecuta otras tareas relacionadas según asignadas.
Conocimiento/educación:
1. Educación académica (Indique el grado académico y especialización):
Grado asociado en Electrónica o Instrumentación. Licencia de refrigeración, es requerida
Un mínimo de tres años de experiencia requeridos y experiencia en pruebas electromecánicas es deseable.
