? Pay Rate: $28/hour
? Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

? Work Setup: Hybrid (primarily onsite), 

? What's a typical day as a Trainer – Property Tax Education? You will:

  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials; design curriculum and coordinate specialized educational programs.

  • Deliver training via classroom instruction, online synchronous/asynchronous platforms, and in-person sessions.

  • Assess training effectiveness using quizzes, feedback, and other evaluation tools.

  • Stay current on property tax laws, statutes, and best practices; contribute to process improvement initiatives and track training metrics.

  • Collaborate with county officials, university personnel, internal leadership, and taxpayers to ensure clear understanding of property tax policies.

  • Support internal teams, attend meetings, and assist in property appraisal activities as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training design, public speaking, project coordination, or public relations.

  • Preferably 2 years of experience in property appraisal.

  • Knowledge of adult education principles and training methodologies.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
