Job Summary
The Trainer is responsible for supporting the training function through effective coordination and management of training documentation, certification records, and related administrative processes. Working closely with Operations Specialists, this role ensures that training systems are accurate, complete, and aligned with current operational standards. The Trainer plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of the training program by organizing materials, tracking certification timelines, and ensuring process documentation reflects up-to-date practices.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Operations Specialists to support the administration of training and certification programs across operational areas.

Organize and maintain training documents, SOPs, and certification records in both digital and physical formats.

Identify missing or outdated documentation and work with Operations Specialists to correct or update materials as needed.

Monitor certification and recertification timelines, issuing reminders and follow-ups to Operations Specialists and relevant team members.

Update SOPs and process documentation based on audit results and feedback from Operations Specialists to ensure consistency and compliance.

Manage and maintain training tracking systems or Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Coordinate training schedules, recertification reviews, and follow-up activities with trainers and team members.

Provide administrative support for training-related meetings, including note-taking, scheduling, and action tracking.

Generate reports and metrics related to training completion, compliance, and audit preparedness.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to training documentation and program efficiency.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of administrative or training-related experience in a manufacturing or process-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
