What's a typical day as a Transportation Service Specialist? You'll be:

• Assigning daily freight to a trusted carrier base to meet customer order delivery dates, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Managing carrier-related communications and daily outbound transportation tasks for multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborating with Customers, Carriers, Customer Service Specialists, Material Planners, Logistics Analysts, and other internal teams to resolve transportation and delivery issues.
• Creating and implementing solutions that prioritize the best interests of customers, ensuring products are delivered on time and damage-free.
