Job Title: Treasury Management Customer Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85018
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary:
We are seeking four Account Opening Specialists to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will analyze account documentation and fulfill deposit account openings and maintenance for high-value, high-revenue-generating customers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage a high volume of accounts while ensuring compliance with procedural and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze account documentation to meet procedural and legal requirements for complex relationships.
- Fulfill deposit account opening and maintenance requests for commercial, consumer, and specialty accounts.
- Provide detailed reviews of new deposit account requests across multiple states and for international requests.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while managing an average of 25 accounts per month.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding account status and requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless account opening processes.
- Experience: Previous experience in account opening or banking preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills for reviewing account documentation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage high volumes of accounts while adhering to service level agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch).
- Work location: 3200 E. Camelback Rd., Ste 150, Phoenix, AZ 85018.
- Flexibility to work remote 1-2 days per week after training.
