Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd, Monday - Friday, 4pm-12:30am
Location: Springfield, OH 45505
Position Type: Temp to Hire
**This is a quiet non-conversational environment, and will be staring at a computer screen all night. No phone use in this role - computer only**

What's a typical day as Verification Specialist? You'll be:
- Reviewing images of insurance documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Entering missing data into a database quickly and correctly following established procedures.
- Ensuring the efficient flow of insurance documents from Verification to other internal departments.
- Working in a fast-paced office setting with a focus on repetitive, detail-oriented computer work.
- Reporting to department supervisors and collaborating with team members of various personalities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and 6000 KPH; must be able to pass an alphanumeric data entry test.
- Possess a strong attention to detail with a quality and accuracy-oriented mindset.
- Are comfortable working on-site (no remote/work from home option).
- Thrive in a quiet, non-conversational environment and enjoy focusing on a single task.
- Have prior experience with computers; office experience is a plus.
- Can adapt quickly to frequent policy, procedure, and assignment changes.
- Are flexible, friendly (but not overly talkative), and able to work well in groups with diverse personalities.
