Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Assistant (Clerk II)
Location: Franklin, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Reports To: Logistics Manager
We're seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrative Assistant (Clerk II) to support our logistics operations in Franklin, MA. This administrative-level position is based in our warehouse office and focuses on invoicing, data entry, and other clerical tasks to help keep operations running smoothly. The role begins as a temporary position with the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities-
Process and manage invoices accurately and efficiently.

Perform timely and precise data entry related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Assist with maintaining and organizing records, reports, and documentation.

Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to support daily administrative needs.

Provide clerical support for the Logistics Manager and assist with special projects as needed.

Ensure all administrative processes follow company policies and procedures.

Prior administrative, clerical, or data-entry experience (warehouse or logistics experience a plus).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and records.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Competitive pay at $24/hour.
