Position: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator
Location: San Diego, CA
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM  |  Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $22 - $24 / hour

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview:

This position involves a mix of physical tasks like lifting and moving products, operating a forklift, and assisting with general warehouse duties. You'll be helping deliver fertilizer and chemical products to customers and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle products weighing between 50-70 lbs.
• Drive a sit-down propane forklift daily.
• Receive, unload, and store products. Assist with inventory.
• Load and deliver fertilizer and chemicals to customers.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Help with inventory tracking and some basic paperwork.
• Assist with will-call orders and special projects as needed.
• Help with training and provide backup support when needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience (e.g., picking, pulling, forklift, customer service).
• Must have sit-down forklift experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• A desire to grow with the company and learn new skills.
• Basic computer skills.
