Kelly Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire position in Ontario, CA. If you're a reliable, hard-working person who can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds, we want to hear from you! As a warehouse associate, you'll help make sure orders are processed smoothly in a busy warehouse.

Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime required, including before or after shift)
Pay: $17.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Wrap finished pallets using a wrap machine.
• Make sure labels on pallets match the correct items.
• Add corner boards to products when needed.
• Move pallets to the dock door when ready for shipment.
• Meet productivity goals every hour.
• Keep track of work performance throughout the day.
• Follow 5S safety and cleanliness practices.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or understanding of Lean manufacturing is helpful, aligned employees with tenure in previous roles.
• Ability to read pick lists and bills of material.

• Able to stand and move around for long periods of time.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Reliable and punctual.
