Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Automotive Parts Fulfillment

Pay Rates:
-
1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday) | $16/h - 1st Shift: Inbound operations – unloading trucks, scanning, and sorting inventory.

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – Until Work is Complete (Avg. 50 hrs/week) | $18/h - 2nd Shift: Inbound and outbound – unloading, order picking, packing, and staging shipments.
Join a dynamic fulfillment center focused on aftermarket automotive parts for GM. Inventory is received from a nearby GM distribution center, processed, and shipped to dealerships throughout the Southeastern U.S.
Key Responsibilities:-
Unload incoming freight and sort by product type

Scan and verify product inventory using handheld devices

Stock and organize inventory in designated areas

Accurately pick and pack orders for outbound shipments

Lift, carry, and push/pull items up to 50 lbs (carts may exceed 100 lbs)

Meet shipping deadlines and productivity goals

Attend mandatory pre-shift team meetings daily
-
Fast-paced, labor-intensive warehouse environment
-
Heat exposure inside warehouse and trailers (especially in summer)
-
Long periods of standing, bending, lifting, and walking
-
Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent productivity
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100+ lbs
-
Comfortable with physical labor and fast-paced tasks
-
Committed to long-term, full-time employment (temp-to-hire)

Required: Steel or composite toe shoes
