Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Location: Southington, CT 06489
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Thursday & Friday, 10:45pm - 7:15am
Saturday & Sunday, 6:45pm - 7:15am

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You'll be:
- Maintaining accurate material verification, data files, records, and reports.
- Ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies to manufacturing areas.
- Performing receiving functions and verifying packing slips against received products.
- Managing inventory levels and ordering raw materials.
- Conducting facility and equipment audits to assure compliance with cGMP and OSHA standards.
- Providing training in operations, safety, and compliance.
- Adhering to company policies and participating in continuous improvement activities.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to operate electric walkers, pallet trucks, and mechanical stretch wrappers.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, and can utilize ERP software applications.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and are at least 18 years of age.
- Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
