What's a typical day as a Warehouse Operations Clerk? You'll be:

• Communicating daily via email and other media with outbound carriers and site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receiving drivers and directing outbound shipments using a warehouse management system.
• Preparing and verifying accurate bills of lading and shipping documents.
• Assisting in material handling duties and monitoring trailer capacity.
• Supporting administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records and logs.

Work Schedule:

• Hours: 6 AM - 6 PM
• Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School diploma or GED (required).
• Possess experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Are familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have strong computer skills.
• Demonstrate accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry, with good visual acuity and finger dexterity.
• Show strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
• Are bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred, not required).
