Kelly Services, in partnership with a leading name in food distribution, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join the team in Rochester, NY! This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you'll be hired permanently with our client and enjoy their full benefit and vacation package upon hire.
Pay Rate: $23–$26/hour
Schedule:
- Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri | 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Mon - Fri | 7:00 AM - 4:00PM

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting distribution center operations with a focus on systems, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and performing inventory reconciliation, ensuring adherence to good inventory practices.
- Monitoring inventory damage, rotation, and slotting; making recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce product damage.
- Collaborating with operations to optimize product placement for picking efficiency.
- Supporting inventory and supply teams in reducing on-hand supply days while avoiding stockouts.
- Tracking supplier-related issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Partnering with multiple departments on product promotions and cross-functional responsibilities.
- Enforcing product quality standards from vendors to restaurants, following QIP and DQMP guidelines.
- Contributing to continuous process improvements in warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience with 1–2 years in Engineered Labor Management or Warehouse Management.
- Skills: Strong technical skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with engineered labor standards, voice selection technology (Lucas), JD Edwards, inventory control, and safety management.
