Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager with proven 3PL experience to lead our operations through this critical growth phase. This is a plug-and-play leadership role for someone who thrives in scaling environments, has deep operational expertise, and can take ownership of P&L responsibilities. 

Our client provides full-service customized solutions to help businesses succeed internationally. Our 3PL division takes third-party logistics to the next level by providing warehousing and order management solutions tailored to our customers' business needs. We offer B2B, D2C, and cross-dock order fulfillment, leveraging our resources, technology, and infrastructure to ensure our customers' products reach their destinations efficiently and cost-effectively.

Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate: $80-100K
Shift Hours: Standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.

  • Lead, train, and develop the warehouse team while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

  • Successfully implement and leverage Extensiv WMS and related technology for data-driven decision making.

  • Serve as the operational point of contact for client onboarding, support, and issue resolution.

  • Own warehouse P&L, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic growth planning and expansion.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-client warehouse or 3PL environments, with strong operational expertise.

  • Proven track record managing WMS systems (Extensiv experience highly preferred).

  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and ability to drive cost-effective growth.

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Adaptable, hands-on leader with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-scaling environment.
