What's a typical day as a Warehouse Operator? You'll be:
• Reading and understanding computer-generated batch reports and following packaging specifications
• Verifying batch weights and quantities through mathematical calculations
• Operating a forklift in a safe manner and following all safety procedures
• Continuously lifting up to and including 25 KG packages in a safe manner
• Working in a standing position for 2 hours at a time
• Accurately and efficiently operating packaging equipment
• Taking physical inventory counts of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education
• Can follow written or verbal instructions
• Have the ability to work independently and in accordance with company safety and sanitation standards
• Have knowledge of IFF's equipment
• Have previous food plant experience (helpful)
• Have forklift truck experience and license (required, will be trained during onboarding)
• Have strong mathematical ability
