Job Title: Warehouse Records Clerk
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
Pay Rate: $17hr
Location: Forth Worth, TX
Duration: 2 - 3 months
 
 
Position Summary:
As a Record Center Specialist/Warehouse Records Clerk, you will work in a warehouse environment responsible for managing physical file boxes, records, and tapes. Your duties will include receiving and fulfilling orders, moving materials, scanning inventory, and supporting daily logistics operations.
You will also be responsible for maintaining and processing physical assets stored in the Records Center. This includes handling incoming and outgoing orders, managing the movement of boxed items and wheeled bins, and completing various internal projects
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pull and organize boxes according to work orders.
  • Transport boxes to designated areas for processing or shipping.
  • Verify labels and contents to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Safely operate equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Report damaged boxes or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience required.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 20-40 lbs repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
 
Working Conditions:
  • Standing, walking, climbing stairs and lifting for extended periods.
  • Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
