What's a typical day as Team Lead? You'll be:
• Supervising assigned recall/returns warehouse operations colleagues, focusing on increasing accuracy and production levels.
• Selecting, training, and developing an effective and efficient staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring operations and staff performance, making recommendations for improvements to enhance productivity and safety.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in business preferred) and at least six years of related experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence others and implement needed changes.
• Are PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
