Key Responsibilities- Applies technical principles, theories and concepts.
- Provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignments.
- Plans and conducts assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects.
- Able to solve complex operating issues through collaboration with peers, and the assistance of direct reports or next management.
- Manages small to intermediate project teams.
- Defines the scope and objectives of projects based on operational needs.
- Provide direction to junior engineers and evaluates their work.
- Determine scope, budget and timeline of projects, understanding the profitability impact of projects and manages accordingly.
- Own the financial results of assigned projects in functional areas and influences others to do the same.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- Knowledge and capability to use advanced systematic and creative problem solving tools.
- Ability to conduct briefings to senior management.
- Supervisory training and project management.
- Bachelor Degree in designated Engineering or related field.
