Pay Range for this position is: $150,000-$175,000 plus annual bonus, depending on experience and geographical location. 




 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain reports to the Sr. Director, Integrated Planning based in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey location. The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading short- and long-term Supply Chain planning and optimization activities to support service, costs and operational efficiencies. This position is the primary role for Supply Planning for US Beverage. This role will critically support the Supply Review Step in the S&OP process, identifying and escalating decisions needed with the required information to facilitate decisions regarding network optimization and capacity planning. .

 

 


Primary Responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term supply chain and network optimization strategies to support current and future business requirements.
  • Support S&OP Supply Review processes by identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs, and escalating decisions with clear data-driven recommendations.
  • Execute production and capacity planning activities to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and inventory targets.
  • Analyze cost-to-serve, service, and capacity metrics; drive root-cause analysis on performance gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Partner with manufacturing plants to determine sustainable and cost-effective production cycles aligned with demand patterns and service goals.
  • Ensure inventory flows and network capacities are synchronized to enable smooth end-to-end supply chain execution.
  • Lead scenario modeling and network analysis to evaluate capacity constraints, production location decisions, and incremental program impacts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline global supply chain processes, improve information flow, and align planning assumptions.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Commercialization and multiple cross functional teams.
  • Champion standardized supply planning processes, planning technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives, including change management activities.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customer brands, product lines, and long-term business strategy.
  • Develop and track specific, measurable performance and development goals.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

 

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage and develop a team of 5-7 Supply Chain planning professionals 
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop employees while fostering a safe, compliant and inclusive work environment
  • Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, and assess performance; provide regular feedback and development coaching.
  • Establishes strategic objectives; evaluate trends, define success metrics and assess outcomes to drive team and business performance 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline 
  • 8-10 years of progressive Supply Chain experience across planning , m
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of MRP, production planning and advanced planning concepts
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a results oriented mindset
  • Ability to collaborate effective across functions and within a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to create effective interactions and exhibit influence with multiple functional groups and levels of the organization. Includes the ability to present and sell ideas, plans, and recommendations through strong personal influence-building skills that lead to consensus decisions and plans. 

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to create, implement, measure, control, and improve processes and deliver results that satisfy requirements for internal and/or external customers.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis reviews and develop corrective actions based on supply chain information as well as metric-driven gaps.
  • Aptitude to think critically about issues, form objective opinions, make timely/effective decisions, and hold the appropriate parties accountable for the outcomes.
  • Demonstrated leadership and commitment to valuing diversity and inclusion and change management skills.
  • Strong computer systems knowledge including ERP knowledge and experience with advanced planning software (IBP, APO, etc.)
  • Ability to direct, coach and train others.

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting, driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field.

 

FREQUENT: sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials.

 

OCCASIONAL: squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.

 

VISION: Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.

 

HEARING: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
