Candidates for this prestigious position must be professional, proactive, organized and detail oriented. Responsibilities

  •  Leasing and Marketing
  •  A/R, A/P and collections
  •  Resident communications, satisfaction and issue resolution
  •  Oversee resident relations including planning events
  •  Foster strong relationships with residents, vendors and the surrounding community         

Skills needed

  •  Prior experience in Property Management, hospitality, retail or sales.
  •  Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Proficiency with industry software preferred. Yardi, Rent Caf, leasing pad.
  •  Must work weekends
  •  Social Media Savvy
  •  Leasing license or willingness to obtain within 120 days.

 Highly competitive pay in addition to commissions.
