Data Management Associate Analyst, Launch Graduate Program 2026 - Dublin, Ireland



Launch Program
Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills in a global setting, you'll launch your Mastercard career.

As a Data Management Associate Analyst you may:

Maintain and enhance product dashboards.

Improve data quality, taxonomy, and overall metric integrity.

Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses to uncover insights.

Contribute to recurring business performance reporting.

Support product governance and process optimisation initiatives.

Coordinate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, especially those leveraging AI to enhance product performance and customer experience.



Application Process
We have a 3-step selection process that involves; online application, Online Video Interview, Final round Interview. Interviews will be taking place in March/April. Deadline for application: 9th of March 2026.



What you'll need

To be available to start from 1st September 2026

To be a Final Year Undergraduate/Masters students or to have graduated no earlier than September 2025 in a related field such as Business, Econnomics, Management Data / Statistical Analysis, or Computer Science.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude

Ability to multi-task and prioritise multiple projects concurrently

High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership
