Commercialization Specialist - Location Product Overview
MasterCard Data & Services enables customers across industries and geographies to make smarter decisions and reach better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Enablement Manager focused on Economics and Locations solutions, you will be the product expert helping educate and support global Mastercard direct sales teams by developing tools, expertise, product knowledge, use cases and differentiation for our solutions and products for potential clients.

Your role involves understanding client needs, industry trends, and leveraging a deep understanding of our solutions to effectively demonstrate product value, client impact and actionable outcomes from our solutions to drive successful sales outcomes across the business. You'll collaborate closely with the Mastercard sales team, marketing teams and product delivery teams as well as product managers and technical experts to deliver solutions that meet client exacting requirements.

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Relationship building
• Understand Client Needs – Support our sales teams through direct engagement with clients to comprehend their business challenges regarding location-related data and insights
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Economics and Locations solutions, including features, functionality, and integration capabilities and what use cases and actionable outcomes they represent for our client stakeholders.
• Translate Technical Concepts: Articulate complex technical details into clear, business-oriented language for clients.
• Build Trust: Establish credibility and strong relationships with key stakeholders, including finance, strategy and marketing team.

Solution Development:
• Value Proposition: Create compelling value propositions that highlight how our Economics and Locations products enhance efficiency, provide unique and impactful insights, help reduce costs, and support decision making to drive revenue.
• Solution Enhancement: Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to provide feedback on how product changes can address specific client pain points for continuous solution improvement.

Product Demonstrations:
• Presentations: Support Sales team by conducting engaging product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Use Cases: Showcase real-world scenarios where our solutions and products provide tangible benefits.
Collaboration
• Sales Team Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create winning proposals and respond to inbound lead as well as RFP
• Product and Technology partnership: Collaborate closely with the product and/or technology teams to identify potential product optimizations and enhancements
• Support and empower sales teams: Build compelling sales collateral and processes, conduct trainings with sales teams
• Pipeline development: Coordinate with regional product and sales to develop sales strategies and priorities by segment

All About You
• Proven experience in data-driven sales, sales processes and sales delivery best practices, preferably within the payments, telco, mobility, or locations data industry.
• Work as well building and supporting teams internally as well as externally
• Passion for solving client challenges and driving revenue growth.
• Commercial mindset and negotiation skills to influence pricing, terms, contracts.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to balance technical depth with sales apitutude and business acumen.
• Strong focus on delivering customer value and experienced in building strong customer relationships.
• Proven track record in collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams; exceptional in facilitating challenging conversations and managing ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
