Title and Summary
Creative Operations Manager OverviewThe Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As Creative Operations Manager you must have a passion for managing production resource planning for marketing communications and ensuring optimal efficient management of the Creative Desk capability. You will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills. A keen interest in identifying and implementing business improvement initiative along with ensuring the smooth onboarding of new team member
Role
• Support the Creative Operations Vertical with:
• Enablers Management – overall responsibility to deliver on the needs of ACD regarding necessary platforms and tooling (software, hardware etc) and training needs to enable seamless, efficient and compliant project delivery
o Continually reassess existing and investigate and scope new enablement solutions and processes
o Maintain rigorous adherence of the ACD team in their use of resource management and project management platforms, such as Asana, Salesforce and Aprimo
o Maintain visibility on licensing allocations and budgets for software and subscriptions
o Maintain visibility on hardware stock and need to procure additional or new types
o Primary interface with Marketing Services product regards platform enhancements
o Understand training needs and interface between ACD SME's and training partners to fulfil
o Change management of any new processes as needed.
• Vendor Management – overall responsibility to manage the vendor relationships and administrative aspect of engaging vendors.
o Manage vendors and any required SOWs and PO requirements
o Interface with Sourcing as needed
o Explore opportunities to streamline vendors and garner favorable commercials for ACD
• Provide Vertical relevant data and insights to Facility lead for business management and reporting purposes
• Building effective relationships with key departments across the D&S and Mastercard business, such as Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Compliance and the broader Advisors Client Services team
All About You
• Experienced workflow and vendor manager
• Proven project and account management experience
• Experienced with CRM platforms like Salesforce
• Sourcing, tooling and platform experience
• Skilled at working under pressure
• Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing
• Fluency in English required, any other language a plus
