Overview:
Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on DevOps Team Lead — someone who lives and breathes DevOps principles and methodologies, with both a developer mindset and a keen sense for business objectives.
In this role, you'll lead and mentor a team focused on building and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure. You'll work closely with developers and other stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid, reliable delivery. Your deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and development best practices will help drive our platform's stability and growth.

Role:
•Lead, support and mentor 8+ DevOps engineers while giving a technical and management leadership
•Plan the team's roadmap to met our business objective
•Work closely with architects and tech leads to define, design and implement infrastructure needs
•Develop self-service solutions for the engineering department to deliver software with excellent quality and speed. Designing and developing scaling strategies, automation scripts and solutions to implement, streamline and execute the software
•Accountable for the architecture and technical leadership of the complete DevOps infrastructure and stack
•Oversee DevOps tasks, perform code reviews and assist in development
Optimize operation efforts and adopt new tools
•Design, implement and improve everything the team does to accelerate the performance and efficiency
•An escalation point for the team and for other stakeholders in the organization
•Mutual collaboration with stakeholders in designing, implementing and troubleshooting production services
•Recruit new candidates for the team and retain talents

All about you:
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Team Lead with at least 4 members
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a proven experience in cloud infrastructure and systems
• Proven experience with container technology and familiarity with container orchestration and toolchain, such as Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, etc.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code toolchains and frameworks, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins
• Experience running and maintaining large scale production systems over AWS stack
• Experience in scripting and programming, such as Bash, Python, Go, Groovy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
