Title and Summary

Director, AI & Data Strategy - Program Management for Responsible AI [Overview]
As a Director Level Program Manager within the AI Governance team, you will lead the productionisation and adoption of Responsible AI toolkits, with a primary focus on Singapore regulatory engagement and industry collaboration. You will work closely with MAS, IMDA, and internal global teams to translate Responsible AI requirements into deployable, regulator ready capabilities, while supporting industry wide partnerships to advance agentic AI safety.

[Role]
You will own end to end Responsible AI programs—aligning global tooling development with Singapore regulatory expectations, managing delivery roadmaps, and ensuring outcomes are measurable, auditable, and scalable. You will represent Mastercard in selected regulatory and industry forums, ensuring commitments translate into concrete delivery.

[Key Responsibilities]
• Lead programs to productions Responsible AI toolkits, from roadmap through adoption.
• Support Mastercard's MAS and IMDA engagements, translating regulatory expectations into delivery priorities and artefacts.
• Coordinate participation in industry and public private partnerships focused on agentic AI safety and governance.
• Manage cross functional roadmaps across engineering, data science, governance, privacy, security, and risk teams.
• Track delivery outcomes, identify drift, and pivot or re scope initiatives where required.
• Maintain audit ready records, evidence packs, and decision logs.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, including C suite.

Must have
• Experience leading enterprise scale programs for AI, data, or governance tooling from concept to adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience working in regulated or policy driven environments.
• Clear executive communication and strong program judgement.
• Long term work eligibility for Singapore

Preferred
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle management.
• Experience engaging with Singapore regulators or public sector partners.
• Exposure to Responsible AI or agentic AI safety initiatives.

• Responsible AI toolkits adopted in production with clear regulatory credibility.
• Effective, outcome driven engagement with MAS and IMDA.
• Tangible contributions to industry efforts on agentic AI safety.
