Title and Summary

Director, Finance Business Partner Overview:
The Services Finance Business Partner is primarily responsible for end-to-end financial stewardship for the Latin America and Caribbean Services organization and acting as a finance business partner to our Services businesses. The role will require the individual to understand the business model deeply and provide deep finance support directly to the business.
The Finance Business Partner is responsible for planning, operating performance, monthly close, and management reporting for the Services Businesses. The role also partners with the business to develop strategies and is integral in executing and tracking strategic plans/projects/product launches/pricing/etc.

Role:
Manages all financial planning and forecasting aspects from a Product and Country perspective at the regional LAC level and in alignment with global Services teams.
Partner with the regional and market business to support both near-term and long-term strategic growth plans, assist with business case modeling, and provide thought leadership.
Provides financial insights to leadership and supports the driving and execution of strategy by applying an understanding of key drivers, pipeline, pricing, and products; highlights areas of risk and opportunity and makes recommendations on resolutions.
Manages aspects of month-end financial close (revenue recognition, drivers, pipeline) in partnership with the business, the Controllers, and Global Business Shared Service teams
Embodies the Leading Beyond Finance initiative by running and maintaining business models to analyze performance and business opportunities.
Proactively drives and implements continuous process improvement activities and supports maintaining a strong control environment.

All About You:
A finance professional majoring in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA Preferred).
Previous experience in FP&A is required. Should have demonstrated experience in managing complex management reporting to regional, country, and corporate stakeholders.
Experience consulting and providing advice and feedback to the business on risk and opportunity considerations, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and outside trends and events.
Should demonstrate extensive experience setting strategies for process improvement initiatives and developing implementation procedures.
Successfully embodies change management; executes corporate cultural initiatives, enhancing the support of an ever-evolving environment to fulfill corporate goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate is fast-paced and highly data-analytical, demonstrating business acumen and thought leadership in delivering results within a global, growing, and profitable business.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and Hyperion in data compilation, aggregation, and modeling are required.
A team player who can communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries is required.
