The Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director to lead our Partner Enablement and Business Development efforts for the Security Solutions Organization (SSO) group of products within MasterCard Services in Istanbul. This strategic role is critical to expanding our partner ecosystem, driving the adoption of our SSO solutions, and positioning MasterCard as the preferred partner for secure and seamless digital identity. Core products are the Risk Ricon, Cyber Quant, Cyber Insights, Cyber Front, Threat Protection, Cyber Crisis Exercise and any future products that could be added ie: Recorded Feature etc.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in building and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and enabling partners to succeed. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner enablement strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and representing MasterCard as a thought leader in the identity and access management space.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner enablement strategy for our SSO product suite, ensuring partners have the knowledge, resources, and support to effectively position and sell our solutions.

-Partner Onboarding and Training: Design and deliver world-class onboarding and training programs for new and existing partners, enabling them to quickly become proficient in our SSO technologies and sales methodologies.

-Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with strategic partners, including Telcos, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and Hyperscalers, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

- Strategic Alliances: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partner stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all SSO-related matters.

- Product Positioning: Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to effectively position our SSO solutions in the market, develop compelling value propositions, and create impactful sales and marketing collateral.

- Sales Leadership: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the identity and access management space, providing insights and recommendations to inform our product and business strategy.

- Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team, providing coaching and mentorship to support professional development.

All About You

- Experience: Proven track record of success in a Director-level role, with significant experience in B2B sales, business development, and partner enablement, preferably within the SaaS, cybersecurity, or fintech industries.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the identity and access management (IAM) market, including SSO, federated identity, and related technologies. Knowledge of the payments industry is a strong plus.

- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Partnership Expertise: Extensive experience in building and managing strategic partnerships with large enterprise organizations, including Telcos, GSIs, and Hyperscalers.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

- Communication and Influence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic Thinker: Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and solve complex business problems.

- Languages: Fluency in both English and Turkish is required
