Director, Product Management - Consumer Acquisition & Engagement Consulting, Loyalty Mastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.Mastercard is looking for a Director, Product Management to drive growth of global Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) consulting. In CA&E, we help clients build stronger and more profitable relationships with their customers through our combination of data, technology platforms, marketing capabilities, and expertise. Consulting plays a critical role in delivering outcomes for our clients through our trusted advisory that additionally draws in the right solutions from CA&E to solve our clients' needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our CA&E consulting vision, specifically focused on our portfolio of loyalty solutions. In CA&E at Mastercard, we design, implement and manage loyalty programs for many of the world's leading brands and financial institutions. You will evaluate and evolve our suite of loyalty consulting solutions, scaling across regions. You will partner closely with other CA&E product teams (e.g., SessionM loyalty platform) to build joint solutions and with regional consultants and commercial leaders to create localized traction.
Responsibilities
• Strategy: Help define the vision and product strategy for CA&E consulting
• Product portfolio: Oversee and evolve our portfolio of solutions that guide loyalty and consumer engagement strategy for many of the world's leading Financial Institutions. Manage a product roadmap that balances short-term priorities with long-term aspirations.
• New product development: Develop new solutions based on client learnings and sales feedback that index on Mastercard's differentiators, align with our vision, and precisely meet client needs.
• Go-to-market: Streamline our overall positioning and narrative to ensure our solutions are reaching clients effectively. Collaborate with our regional teams to build adoption and pipeline in local markets.
• Client impact: Maintain a two-way dialogue with our consultants and sales teams to validate that we are delivering measurable client impact through the work we do.
Ideal candidate
• Experience leading loyalty, digital marketing, CRM, and/or personalization at an established financial institution and/or consulting firm
• Visionary thinking and proven record of owning outcomes
• Experience in a matrix organization structure, managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Exceptional lateral (across stakeholders) and longitudinal (along different time horizons) thinking coupled with deep intellectual curiosity
• Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives
• Ability to break down and communicate complex ideas in dynamic situations
• High level of ownership, quantitative acumen, creativity, and entrepreneurship
• Deep knowledge in financial institutions, payments, and marketing. Cobrand and/or credit card experience is a plus
