Director, Global Strategy and Product Operations, Consumer Products and Processing

The Strategy & Product Operation team leads strategy, business insight and analytics, product operations, risk and compliance for Global Consumer Products and Processing. This team is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive greater alignment and collaboration to enable a seamless organization that moves faster and delivers the best consumer experience.

Responsibilities

As Director, Product strategy your key responsibilities are

- Direct the development of product strategies within the Consumer Products and Processing group as well as ensure progress of these strategies.
- Balance facilitation, influence, and content contributions to help business leaders design and advance their strategies, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy.
- Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product strategies to drive structure and deeper insight; acting as a thought partner to the business to help prioritize and structure an exciting strategic and innovation agenda.
- Develop and execute robust communications aligning priorities and addressing support needs for internal stakeholders (Board presentations, Management Committee).
- Support strategic alignment with regions and Business Units on targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

- Experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for product
- Relevant Payment Industry Expertise
- Strong communication & influencing skills (verbally & written) to work with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to clearly articulate problem statements and opportunity areas
- Extensive experience of translating strategies to execution plans, driving end to end execution – particularly in a cross-functional environment, managing and prioritizing competing initiatives
- Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred
- Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis
- Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in M&A and/or corporate development
