To meet the needs of this dynamic and evolving ecosystem, this role is responsible for managing the overall risk process and plan for CPP, and for ensuring alignment, progress and communication against all strategic initiatives. This role is also responsible for leading and managing special risk projects across the CPP business as needs arise.

Role
• Create and execute risk and operational excellence plan, working in close partnership with a cross-functional team
• Define risk policy for new opportunities; create solutions for the business that ensure easy adherence partnering closely with CPP business lines and enterprise risk functions
• Create, implement, and manage processes to mitigate risk to the business, inclusive of identification of top risks to the business and conducting cross-functional workshops to creating mitigation plans and reporting them back to the business
• Be a thought leader on risk, bringing new perspectives and external expertise to extend risk insight across CPP
• Be a liaison to Enterprise Risk functions and drive risk management within CPP
• Communicate strategies, plans and progress to the business via presentations, discussions, scorecards, etc. in line with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) requirements and guidelines
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks
• Develop and maintain CPP risk material (e.g., heat map, risk register, mitigation plans etc.) utilizing ERM's tools and templates.
