Title and Summary

Director, Sourcing & Supplier Management (Technology Services & Labor) Overview:
* Develop, implement, and manage the supply chain for Technology Services & Labor categories to meet business requirements and demand.
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, assess and manage supplier risk and performance, and promote supplier inclusion and sustainability.

Role:
* Develop and execute the category strategy for the Technology Services & Labor supply base across Mastercard to reduce costs, rationalize the supply base, and minimize risks.
* Implement sourcing strategies to streamline operations, improve value, and enhance supplier performance.
* Drive the strategic sourcing process by analyzing spend, defining requirements, developing strategies, authoring RFx's, and negotiating contracts.
* Support relationships with strategic suppliers and may own relationships with select suppliers.
* Manage a small team to execute these strategies, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and talent coaching.

All About You:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, supply chain, or information technology.
* Master's degree (preferred), preferably in business, supply chain, or information technology.
* Proven experience managing supply chains across business units, reducing costs and risks while improving value and efficiency.
* Successful implementation of category strategies, enabling spend management, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
* Experience leading supply chain transformation projects and supporting strategic initiatives.
* Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional projects or teams across markets and driving process improvement efforts.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the organization.
* Experience identifying capability gaps and building/growing skills within the team.
* Proven ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Ability to organize, manage, and work effectively to accomplish multiple tasks.
* Very strong analytical skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $142,000 - $234,000 USD
