Overview
This position reports into the Executive Vice President, Commercial and New Payment Flows for Asia Pacific and you will be providing essential support for the EVP and a SVP, SME in managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and handling administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management, make meaningful contributions, and grow your career in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You'll Do:
• Be the go-to person for administrative tasks, from phone coverage and scheduling meetings to arranging travel and managing expense reports.
• Keep our team organized by maintaining calendars, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring all mail and supplies are well-managed.
• Showcase your creative side by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using cutting-edge software tools.
• Play a crucial role in managing the department's budget and tracking important financials.
• Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the department professionally.
• Get involved in exciting projects and special topics, supporting initiatives that matter to the company.
• Drive efficiency by monitoring workflows and ensuring tasks are completed smoothly and on time.

About You:
• Education: High School diploma required; a college degree is a plus.
• Experience: You have excellent administrative experience in a matrixed corporate environment, ideally working with senior leadership.
• Skills: You're highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and are comfortable managing budgets and using desktop software.
• People Skills: You're a natural relationship builder and can connect easily with colleagues at all levels.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
