Overview
A new opportunity has arisen within the Event Management team who are looking for a Junior Dashboard Developer to support, maintain and enhance the EM visualisation toolsets.

Role
• Plan, develop and build comprehensive dashboards by transforming data from different toolsets into visual views using our AIOps platform
• Work with internal stakeholders to deliver new visual monitoring initiatives.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain internal processes to ensure ongoing engagement, solution accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain and administrate the availability of our AIOps environment.
• Provide technical first line support for live issues and prioritise incident fixes within the EM queue.
• Create, update, and review internal tickets to document monitoring and recovery steps for the EM Team.
• Expectation to join an active on call rota to support the environment.

All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Previous experience with developing dashboards using JavaScript, HTML and CSS web development languages.
• A university degree in web development.
• Have the ability and willingness to develop and learn new tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Provide moderate technical support and maintenance for monitoring technologies within the operations environment.
• Interface with customers on infrastructure related services, advancing their understanding of customer problems and experiences.
• Demonstrate team working skills with the ability to work with others and on own initiative.
• Successfully support technology domain initiatives, raising awareness of issues, challenges, and priorities
• Actively participate in interpreting escalated issues, providing guidance on unresolved common issues, and resolving open tickets.
• Possess excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical people.
• Have a strong ability to multi-task, organise, manage, and implement first line fixes whether directly or through supervision.
• Experience using Interlink Software AIOps platform (BES and ASI) desirable but not essential.
