Overview
• The AI and Decision Product Enablement program enables intelligent decision-based products through streaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and manage their outcomes with business agility.
• This program leverages business rules & AI engines, a streaming big data cluster, an in-memory data grids, APIs, & UIs to deliver real time decisions at global scale
Are you a product leader with technical skills who wants to shape the future of industry-leading services, platforms and products?
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager - Technical to join our team for the Decision Operations product in the Vancouver office.
Role
• Define the product roadmap aligning with its vision, scope, and business objectives
• Handle the intake process for customer requests for multiple applications of the product
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and product managers to assess the feasibility of requests, align dependencies and technical implications to existing functionality
• Gather and analyze requirements and elaborate into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Facilitate scoping sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/features
• Document requirements clearly with rules, workflow diagrams or state transition tables to aid understanding
• Prioritize features based on urgency and business value across multiple development teams of the product, working closely with other product managers
• Guide and mentor product managers for all applications under this product
• Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
• Continuously monitors feature development at the feature and epic levels
• Facilitate demos and handovers to stakeholders
• Regularly meet with stakeholders to understand their needs and create a backlog accordingly
• Facilitate post-launch reviews, net promoter score surveys and incorporate feedback into backlog
• Prepare evidence for audits and claims as part of regulatory compliance and own product risk assessments
• Ensure vulnerabilities and mandatory technical imperatives for the product are handled timely
• Handle scrum master role of the team ensuring the team is on track per iteration and PI
• Plan and schedule the change requests for deployments ensuring the gating criteria are met to go to production
All About You/Experience
• Successfully launched complex projects as product owner, working closely with engineering teams from ideation to production
• Extensive experience asa product owner or business analyst managing feature backlog and roadmap
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex requirements with detailed and clear documentation (functional/non-functional requirements and API specifications)
• Experience with agile development methodologies, SAFE Agile methodology a plus
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency
• Experience with estimating work deliverables and managing project status is a plus
