Title and Summary

Lead Product Manager - Technical - Jenkins, Github, bit bucket -: Overview :-
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager who combines strong product management skills with deep, hands-on software development experience. This role is focused on building and enhancing capabilities that empower software engineers, developers, and DevOps teams across Mastercard. You will own products that improve the developer experience and optimize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and more.
This is not a traditional business-facing product role—your customers are engineers. To succeed, you must understand their workflows, pain points, and priorities by being able to step into their shoes. That means having real-world experience writing code, building CI/CD pipelines, and working with modern DevOps practices at scale.

-: Role :-
* Define and deliver products that improve developer productivity, code quality, and deployment efficiency.
* Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to identify gaps and prioritize features that enhance SDLC and DevOps workflows.
* Translate technical challenges into clear product requirements and actionable user stories.
* Advocate for developer experience improvements by deeply understanding engineering pain points and proposing practical solutions.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive adoption of best practices and tooling across global teams.
* Act as the bridge between product vision and technical execution, ensuring alignment with business and engineering goals.

-: All About You :-
* Hands-on software development experience—you've written code, built applications, and understand what it takes to ship software in enterprise environments.
* Proven experience in technical product management, including roadmap planning, backlog ownership, and stakeholder alignment.
* Strong knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps practices, with experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale SaaS or enterprise systems.
* Proficiency with tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub/GitHub Actions, Artifactory, and related automation frameworks.
* Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), deployment strategies, and cloud-native architectures.
* Familiarity with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible) and infrastructure automation.
* Working knowledge of how applications built in Java SpringBoot, Python, Go, .NET/C#, Rust, etc., are packaged and deployed.
* Experience with mobile app DevOps (App Store and Play Store deployments).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify technical complexity into clear product requirements.
* Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and articulate technical concepts in business terms.

-: Preferred Qualifications :-
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
* Exposure to security automation and compliance in CI/CD pipelines.
* Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
* Prior experience leading technical product teams or mentoring junior PMs.
* Relevant certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, CKA, Docker Certified Associate).
