Overview
Mastercard B2E Business Tools/Salesforce.com team is looking for a Lead – Product Manager Technical to drive ongoing projects on Salesforce platform. Primary areas of expertise include Sales, Marketing and BI/AI capabilities in addition to help driving M&A migration projects and building API/Integrations to internal/external systems.

This role is also responsible for creating and presenting strategic consulting and deliverables for clients, including analysis, recommendations, and implementation of salesforce.com functionality across platform collaborating with Mastercard and M&A business partners.

ROLE

Collaborating with business owners to gather requirements, deliver effective solutions within an agile framework, and support the Scrum team in maintaining adherence to SAFe/Agile standards and processes.

Serve as a skilled liaison between technical teams, testing teams, and business stakeholders to deliver critical business solutions while developing a deep understanding of product functionality and interdependencies.

Create and maintain key documentation, including functional specifications (user stories, use cases) and design documentation, for developing solutions on the Salesforce Lightning platform.

Act as the bridge between business and functional requirements by collaborating closely with the Scrum team to ensure a clear and shared understanding of deliverables aligned with business goals.

Align with the broader product vision and roadmap by offering recommendations for future projects and effectively communicating them to the Product Owner.

Demonstrate strong leadership in making thoughtful, informed decisions while working collaboratively across diverse teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual success.

Operate in a fast-paced Agile environment with a comprehensive understanding of Agile ceremonies and processes.

Lead acquisition integration projects and other strategic initiatives requiring extensive coordination and application structure changes.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work, proactively guiding the engineering team and all dependent organizations to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Provide progress updates and ensure that all dependencies are accounted for throughout the process.

All About You:

Extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem

Proven experience and certifications as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Administrator.

Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools such as SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Pardot.

Familiarity with additional Salesforce Clouds, including Experience, Revenue, and Service Clouds, is highly desirable.

Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein GPT/Co-Pilot use cases, as well as Agentforce and AI-driven capabilities, is a distinct advantage.

Proficiency in Content Management tools like Seismic.

Experience with PSA/FinancialForce, Order Management, and CPQ tools is a plus. A solid understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools will provide added value.

Competence in working with Excel spreadsheets, data loading processes, and the creation of mapping templates.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.

Experience leading acquisition integration projects or other high-impact strategic initiatives involving significant coordination and structural changes.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
