Overview
The AI & Decision Product Enablement Management Platform (DMP) team is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager—an energetic, passionate leader eager to join a rapidly growing technology organization dedicated to delivering high quality, scalable products that combat payments fraud worldwide.
This role centers on a high throughput, real time decisioning platform that uses advanced business rules and adaptive AI models to safeguard Mastercard's transaction from fraudulent activity. Capable of processing up to a billion transactions in a single day, the DMP platform ranks among the highest volume technology systems in the industry—handling nearly twice as many daily events as the total number of tweets worldwide.
The ideal candidate is a technically savvy, results driven program leader who thrives in fast paced, high scale environments. They communicate clearly, build strong cross functional partnerships, and bring the strategic mindset needed to drive complex AI powered decisioning initiatives that protect the global payments ecosystem.
Role
• Drive large scale, cross train projects spanning multiple scrum teams and product areas.
• Lead end to end program execution, including planning, dependency alignment, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as Release Train Engineer (RTE), facilitating PI planning and all major Agile release ceremonies.
• Track and report program health, delivery progress, and key metrics, providing insights and lessons learned.
• Coordinate full release lifecycle activities—from business requirement intake through deployment and operational readiness.
• Remove delivery blockers, align dependent teams, and ensure adherence to aggressive release schedules.
• Partner with engineering, product, DevOps, and support teams to ensure quality gates, operational handoffs, and readiness criteria are met.
• Maintain program alignment with organizational objectives through proactive monitoring of metrics and continuous improvement.
• Use BI tools and Copilot to create reports and status updates.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex, high impact initiatives within large scale, highly integrated technology ecosystems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through data, leveraging metrics, KPIs, and analytical insights to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies, with deep experience in SAFe, iterative delivery practices, and the full SDLC.
• Extensive background in technical program and project management, with a track record of leading cross functional engineering and product teams.
• Skilled at navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders and organizational layers.
• Adept at identifying risks early, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery against aggressive timelines.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
