Title and Summary
Manager, Account Management Overview:Responsible for support to Account Managers/Team Leads in the US region. Work with Account Managers/Team Leads to establish and execute on short and long-term financial, operating and business objectives in alignment with region plans. Monitor, analyze and report on business metrics for issuers and merchants to aid management decision making. Creates a pipeline and bench strength of talent into the career pathway to Issuing.
Role:
• Manage business development opportunities for assigned prospects and accounts, including monitoring customer satisfaction
• Analyze customers' existing business through data analytics, competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue
• Work with Finance partners to develop financial modelling and business cases for identified opportunities
• Develop and report on sales pipeline leveraging all available resources in coordination with the product development and account management teams
• Identify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers
• Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit, credit and other business lines
• Work with virtual team of MasterCard subject matter experts to strategically articulate value propositions to close new business opportunities
• Maintain responsibility for all administrative and operations issues for assigned business development opportunities including planning, reporting, budget and expense management
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports for all issuers
• Work with Account Teams and Legal in the development of legal agreements and ensure timely execution
• Develop and lead a communications platform with all business partners for key news like Training courses, Regional conference's, important bulletins and the latest product offering by MasterCard
• Full responsibility for all financial payments relating to CBAs and/or customer marketing agreements
• CBA's performance tracking and identifying areas of opportunities for further improvements
• Assist in coordination of all customer events & functions (meeting coordination, customer events, etc…)
• Manage process around compliance, asset allocation, Franchise Management support, Salesforce.com maintenance and reporting

Purchase, New York: $121,000 - $194,000 USD Remote - New York: $105,000 - $169,000 USDJob Posting Window
