Title and Summary

Manager, Account Management Overview:
The role is part of the Country Business Development team in Pakistan focusing on financial institutions and other key players within Pakistan's payments ecosystem.
Accountable for strategic sales management, relationship management, project planning, program retention, and portfolios growth of Mastercard's accounts in Pakistan

Role

- Drive sales and implementation process to analyze and introduce new business opportunities to customers that will lead to increased volume, volume share and market share for Mastercard
- Develop exemplary relationships with customers at senior and middle levels and develop value propositions to customers to increase Mastercard's business with customer
- Design and execute strategic/ tactical plans to enhance customer and Mastercard profitability
- Work with Mastercard cross functional teams to identify new segment and product opportunities and develop bespoke propositions to maximize segment penetration
- Coordinate and integrate Mastercard's involvement in all market-related activities with customers and provide consultative support relative to specific Mastercard products/services, trends and card industry
- Responsible for all administrative and operational issues for the account planning and budget
- Perform market research and opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas, assess the viability of new products in support of market strategy
- Recommends market strategy including pricing, introduction to market, profit planning, expense budgets, etc.
