Title and Summary

Manager, B2B Events and Business Insights (CNPF) Role Purpose
The Manager, Business Administration supports the AP CNPF growth agenda by orchestrating divisional/regional customer forums, leadership and marketing engagements, sales enablement, and other market level programs along with providing communication and budget analysis support. The role works across Markets, Product, Services, and Finance to turn our 2026 plan into operational, business led actions and successful executions.
The role will also support any key projects required to drive the growth of CNPF, working closely with the EVP, CNPF also.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end orchestration of all AP CNPF forums and strategic events, overseeing logistics, vendor/agency engagement, content development, executive preparation, and flawless on the day delivery.
• Plan and execute leadership engagements including senior meetings, off sites, and internal initiatives that strengthen alignment, visibility, and strategic focus.
• Shape and manage the annual Marketing & Comms calendar, ensuring activities, campaigns, and communications align tightly with business priorities and key moments.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Comms, and business teams to deliver integrated campaigns, narratives, and assets that drive commercial outcomes, including volume and revenue growth.
• Collaborate across Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, and SME to create a unified, consistent narrative, identify synergies, and ensure aligned storytelling across workstreams.
• Manage budget processes—including requests, allocations, tracking, and reporting—to ensure effective cost stewardship and transparency of performance.
• Monitor and analyze performance of events, campaigns, and engagement activities, using insights to guide future planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive communication support by preparing briefing notes, summaries, and talking points for leadership visits, forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Drive culture and team engagement, supporting initiatives such as team building, recognition moments, townhalls, and other touchpoints that enhance cohesion and reinforce team culture.
Qualifications & Experience
• 5–7 years in B2B payments/fintech, commercial cards, or partnerships roles; regional exposure (APAC) preferred.
• Experience coordinating customer forums, partner programs, enablement events, and senior level reviews/QBRs with cross functional teams. Strong B2B marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong content development (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and stakeholder management skills; comfortable navigating matrixed organizations.

• Stakeholder fluency: Strong stakeholder management skills; collaborates effectively with Market Leads, Product/Services, Marketing/Comms, FP&A, and external partners—able to align content, expectations, and execution across diverse functions.
• Communication & presence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise, and confident with senior audiences. Able to tailor messaging to context and simplify complex products, processes, and narratives with clarity and impact.
• Relationship leadership: Builds trust quickly and fosters positive, collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders; communicates with empathy, credibility, and influence.
• Drive, adaptability & analytical mindset: Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and analytical. Thrives in dynamic, fast paced environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving requirements.
• Proactive ownership: A self starter who anticipates needs before they arise, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and reliably follows through to completion.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional Asian languages are a strong plus.
