Title and Summary

Manager, B2B Marketing Overview
The Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) team in UK & Ireland (UK&I) is looking for a Marketing Manager to focus on B2B and B2B2C working with partners including issuers, merchants, acquirers and financial institutions to continue delivering on our brand and business strategy in the UK&I. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering value to customers through consumer-centric marketing programmes. The successful candidate will work hand-in-hand with account teams, product, marketing and agency colleagues, and the wider business, to identify opportunities to create marketing solutions for customers, leveraging Mastercard's assets and platforms, that support UK&I business objectives.

Responsibilities
• Develop marketing strategies for assigned customers to drive customer and Mastercard priorities including increasing Mastercard share of wallet and priceless attribution, aligned to our brand and sponsorship strategy.
• Point person within UK&I IMC for assigned customers and account teams, collaborating with the wider IMC team and agencies to co create strategies to meet customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to integrate brand messaging, sponsorships, priceless technologies and bespoke Priceless content with assigned customers.
• Support planning and generation of leads and business wins for Mastercard products and services, identifying opportunities to leverage marketing assets and deliver marketing programmes through Mastercard Marketing Services.
• Guide development of presentations and materials to respond to customer introductions, pitches and RFPs.
• Measure past campaign performance and success, including developing desired specifications for campaign performance measurement and evaluation
• Monitor and adjust budgets for own projects to ensure that all campaigns, programs, and activities are within allocated budget.
• Accurate, timely reporting of assigned marketing activity, tracking performance against KPIs and evidencing contribution to business growth and revenues.
• Manage day‑to‑day agency resource across assigned campaigns and projects, ensuring effective briefing, delivery and prioritisation.

Experience
• Preferred experience in marketing for a Financial Services company
• Demonstrated experience and success in delivering local B2B and B2B2C marketing programmes
• Strategic thinker with experience in building and executing multi-year marketing plans and measuring programs to assess success and recommend changes
• Relationship management experience to build and nurture customer relationships
• Stakeholder management to manage campaign delivery across customers, property owners and internal and agency teams.
• Confident presenting to external customers and internal audiences
• Project management skills to manage end-to-end campaigns
• Experience delivering and assessing creative content across channels
• Attention to detail for reviewing creative and promotional legals
• Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience supporting sales enablement and marketing efforts for B2B audiences by developing pitches and participating in Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Strong experience in customer presentations and managing external relationships
• Adept at problem-solving, self-motivated, intellectually curious and analytical
