Manager, B2B Marketing — COVEC (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Suriname ans Guyana)

Job Summary

Own the B2B Marketing agenda for the COVEC cluster, leading strategy, plans, and execution that grow adoption and amplification, drive comarketing impact, and accelerate commercial outcomes across the cluster. This role partners with product and marketing leaders at key issuers and merchants to build integrated campaigns, content, and events that generate pipeline, enable sales, and strengthen our thought leadership — while managing agency partners, budget, and performance endtoend.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with key marketing/product stakeholders at issuers, merchants, and partners to drive adoption and amplify Mastercard initiatives.

Manage marketing funds implementation with account managers, ensuring compliant use of budgets and maximizing ROI.

Centralize regional innovations (Passion Cards, sponsorship assets, Priceless campaigns) and adapt them into tailored packages aligned to commercial needs.

Convert B2C campaigns into B2B toolkits, ensuring ready-to-use assets for customers and acting as the bridge between internal teams and external partners.

Plan and execute digital and in-person events with issuers, merchants, and partners to share strategies, trends, and foster commercial opportunities.

Scout, negotiate sponsorships, and oversee brand presence at key industry events to position Mastercard as a thought leader.

Own performance, insights, and budget governance: set KPIs, track ROI, optimize spend, run test-and-learn, manage agencies, and ensure compliance with brand and legal standards.

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years in B2B marketing (payments, financial services, SaaS, or fintech preferred) with proven regional ownership and issuer/partner comarketing experience.

Demonstrated success leading integrated B2B campaigns (content + digital + events) that deliver pipeline and measurable ROI.

Expertise in marketing analytics and dashboards (e.g., defining KPIs, funnel metrics, attribution), with advanced Excel/BI proficiency.

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication; able to influence across Sales, Product, and external issuer teams.

Fluent Spanish and business English; willingness to travel across COL, VEN, ECU.
