Manager, Business Excellence – Northern Europe

The Business Excellence team plays a critical role in turning strategy into measurable results. We connect priorities to execution, enable fact-based decisions, and help our colleagues on the front line deliver even more value in every customer interaction. We also lead the Impact Strategy, ensuring that growth and positive societal impact go hand in hand.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across markets, functions, and senior leadership—building networks, influencing key decisions, and leveraging Mastercard's data and global reach to unlock opportunities for growth and innovation. The role can be based in Amsterdam or Stockholm.

What You'll Do
- Turn strategy into action: Translate priorities into clear plans and follow-up, ensuring progress is visible and outcomes are delivered.
- Build and activate networks: Connect leaders and teams across Northern Europe and global functions to remove friction and accelerate execution.
- Empower the front line: Provide tools, insights, and processes that help customer-facing teams succeed in client engagements.
- Unlock insights from data: Use Mastercard's rich data and analytics to support smarter decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Enable leadership decisions: Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for senior forums and governance.
- Foster innovation at scale: Help create the conditions for new ideas and solutions to travel quickly across our global network.

All About You
- Experience in strategy, business operations, or commercial excellence (consulting or corporate).
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to simplify complexity and influence without authority.
- Curiosity about the payments and technology industry and how business models evolve.
- Fluent in English; additional Northern European languages are a plus.
