Manager, Deal Management Overview:

Role Overview

As part of the Business Development Finance team, you will play a critical role in managing strategic customer agreements and deals. Your work will support corporate strategy execution and drive profitable growth with issuers, acquirers, and merchants. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers, ensuring high-priority deals are developed, executed, and optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Management & Strategy

Lead the development, planning, and execution of strategic and complex customer agreements in assigned countries.

Prioritize and pursue high-impact business opportunities independently.

Translate business needs, strategies, and regulatory requirements into actionable business case models.

Build profitable deal structures, including for non-traditional customers and Pan-European opportunities.

Perform detailed contract and financial reviews to ensure alignment with approved business cases.

Collaboration & Advisory

Act as an active advisor to European Sales teams and senior management on business, strategic, and financial projects.

Collaborate with legal, accounting, tax, and finance teams to optimize deal structures.

Provide guidance and training to account teams on business case processes, financial modeling, and regulatory updates.

Analysis & Reporting

Conduct financial and operational analysis to support senior management decision-making.

Facilitate executive reviews and defend deals with well-prepared summaries and insights.

Monitor, track, and ensure compliance with agreements and business case performance commitments.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Finance / CA.

Strong experience in financial analysis, business development, and customer-facing roles.

Deep understanding of card and financial services industry dynamics.
