Title and Summary

Manager, Offer Product Manager Technical Overview:
Mastercard Offers delivers insight-driven targeted and un-targeted offers to brands and consumers around the globe, creating unparalleled preference and engagement that is a key contributor to Mastercard's Data & Services organizational growth and success. The Offers product aggregates offers from multiple sources and uses a cardholder's past spend and transaction history to rank and determine the most relevant offers for each individual cardholder.
As a member of the Product Development team, you will focus on building the features and capabilities that help programs connect cardholders to merchant brands via our partner publishing channels. Specifically this role be responsible for supporting and driving capabilities and initiatives around merchant intake and onboarding.

Job Description:
• Drive initiatives to grow revenue and merchant engagement in the Loyalty Offers space
• Articulate the business context and manage end-to-end transaction flows for active project
• Leverage platform capabilities, integration patterns, and organizational assets to devise technical solutions to customer problems
• Maintain and prioritize two iterations of user stories and adjust priorities based on incoming requests.
• Define initiative-level requirements for the long-term backlog and assess external integrations for feasibility.
• Define and elaborate business capability initiatives, epics, and features, setting clear acceptance criteria.
• Understand and apply relevant technologies, CI/CD practices, and release methodologies to effectively manage work.
• Communicate and influence effectively by building strong relationships across internal and external teams.
• Contribute to BizOps playbook documentation for release and support
• Ensure accuracy in customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercialization and Market Enablement teams to identify and create the various consumer touch points that drive the optimal engagement experience
• Ensure accuracy in customer-facing documentation.
• Define and drive integration and release strategies with engineering, including end-to-end test strategies and go-live migration
• Use runtime metrics of their services in market as a feedback loop into the backlog and balance the priorities against new feature requests

Requirements/Experience:
Position requires experience as a PMT, engineer, or related.
Qualifying experience must include:
• Experience in managing product integration and transaction flows with a strong grasp of performance data analysis
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage a feature roadmap, adjust priorities, and refine technical requirements
• Very comfortable using product lifecycle management tools to facilitate product development discipline (such as JIRA, ALM, Aha or New Relic)
• Working with engineering teams in scrum or agile methodologies to ensure clarity for predictive delivery
• Passionate about writing Business Requirement Docs, Product Requirement Docs, or User Stories to ensure good product development
• Passionate about organization and inter-dependency mapping, ensuring successful release planning and delivery across teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Demonstrated autonomy, problem-solving capabilities, and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ideal candidates will also have experience in:
• Ad Tech/Mar Tech
• Understanding of cloud technologies and services
• Identifying, sourcing, and working with 3rd party providers or vendors
• Working for a global, highly matrixed organization that regularly interacts with various regions in different timezones.

Total Base Pay Range

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
