Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Role:

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and is currently seeking a Manager of Offers Transformation to join our product organization and help shape and define our value to attract advertisers and merchant buying centres and evangelize our suite of capabilities. As a member of the Offers team, this role will work alongside groups of industry experts in a highly agile, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment. This role will help define new revenue opportunities and build strategic partnerships to advance our platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising/media landscape, is comfortable with ambiguity, and has a talent for responding effectively to industry direction, customer needs and competitive positioning.

•Proactively seek out opportunities to advance product strategy by regularly analyzing data, assessing industry trends, adapting to ad product and technology developments, monitoring competitive actions, and keeping a strong pulse on client needs
•Work collaboratively with functional partners, including Sales, Finance, and Analytics to identify opportunities for revenue growth through the delivery of new processes and services
•Leads all market research to assess and evaluate the competitive landscape, evaluate opportunities, trends and threats to market position
•Help evaluate, drive decisions on, and launch new strategic partnerships, including developing business cases, detailed financial models, and project plans
•Partners closely with M&A and Corporate Development to align on strategic fit, business requirements, and synergies assessment
•Works closely with product development to identify unmet needs or pain points with features across the entire platform and identify a build, partner, or buy approach

All About You:

•Background experience in advertising, ad-tech, product development, start up
•Strong experience with business cases, business modeling, term sheets
•Experience with brand and or/digital marketing performance campaigns
•Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently
•Demonstrated ability to act with persistent and relentless sense of urgency
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior-level executives internally and externally
•Strong competency preparing presentation materials with strong storytelling
•Bachelor's degree required. MBA or CFA preferred
