Manager, Product Management Overview:

At Mastercard Checkout Services, we're on a mission to revolutionize online payments by making them more straightforward, efficient, and secure. Our commitment to innovation is evident in our suite of products, including Click to Pay, Secure Card on File Tokenization, and Token Authentication Service, all designed to create seamless digital payment experiences at scale.

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager for our Merchant Card on File Tokenization team, focusing on Merchant - Token Lifecycle Management. This role will collaborate with global stakeholders to refine and advance our Merchant - token lifecycle processes.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing B2B customer experiences, demonstrate unwavering motivation, possess intellectual curiosity, and maintain a data-driven analytical approach. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work across geographical time zones are essential for this role.

Role:

Participate in the development and execution of COF Token Lifecycle product strategy.

Detect and address customer challenges, devising strategies to facilitate customer adoption and effective utilization of our product suite.

Forge partnerships with customers, client-facing teams, internal development teams, and various teams at Mastercard to introduce enhancements that solidify Token Lifecycle management.

Drive the innovation and refinement of new and existing products to align with customer demands.

Elevate the Tokenization value proposition through strategic product development.

You possess excellent oral and written skills, both verbal and written, coupled with robust project management capabilities and a knack for solving complex problems analytically.

You can engage and synchronize with business partners within and outside Mastercard.

You have a strategic mindset with the technical understanding to transform customer needs into actionable design improvements and feature developments.

Interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business colleagues.

You can drive product strategy with technical skills, translating customer requirements into design or enhancement features and triaging customer issues.

You have strong leadership skills in working with multi-disciplinary teams of both technical and business nature.

You're known for crafting lucid, persuasive product narratives that translate business requirements into tangible outcomes from conception to market launch.

Your interpersonal skills enable you to thrive in cooperative settings, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
